Respite Care Program
Designed to Give Caregivers a Break from Daily Care.
Information:
This program allows temporary In-Home Aide services to eligible clients, allowing caregivers a break from the day to day care they provide their loved ones. The number of hours avalible are determined by grant funds avalible.
Services:
In-Home Aides can assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, as well as some light housekeeping.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for the program, the person you are providing care to must be age 60 or older or have dementia, and be eligible for no other services. Fees for Services are Available Upon Request.
