Space Available for Meetings, Receptions, Weddings and Reunions, etc.

TWO LOCATIONS AVAILABLE:   Heritage Place in Burgaw, and Topsail Senior Center in Hampstead, each feature amble space for large group events. Both locations have large dining room areas, clean restrooms, as well as outdoor space for crowd overflow.

Please feel welcome to come by and look at the space available for rental during normal business hours.

Be sure to check-in with the receptionist to let her know the reason for your visit.

  • Please note the rates below. There are no special rates for rentals.
  • The dining rooms at both of our Senior Center locations are available for rental events on Saturdays only.
  • Fee plus Security Deposit required.
  • If you leave a voice message, be sure to include your name, phone number, and the purpose of your call.
  • An appointment is not necessarily required, but is preferred to secure the space.
  • If you drop in for a visit to look at the space, the receptionist, if she's not busy, may be able to give you a tour of the space available for rental.
