Heritage Place Senior Center
Serving as the primary headquarters for Pender Adult Services, Heritage Place is a welcoming gathering spot where seniors come together each weekday for friendly conversation, cards, crafting, computer learning, and hot congregate dining.

❓ Is there any fee to visit the Senior Centers?
No! General participation in our senior centers is free for adults age 60 and older. Certain special excursions or supply-intensive craft workshops may have a small nominal fee.
❓ Do I need to register in advance?
Drop-ins are always warmly welcomed! On your first visit, our staff will ask you to fill out a brief participant information card so we can stay in touch and know your interests.
❓ How do I reserve a daily congregate lunch?
Hot lunches are served weekdays from 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM. To ensure an accurate meal count, please call your preferred center at least 24 hours in advance to reserve your spot.
❓ Can I get a ride to the center if I don't drive?
Yes! PAS Transit provides scheduled rides to and from both Heritage Place and Topsail Senior Center. Call transit dispatch at (910) 259-9119 at least 48 hours before your trip.
